A Word Of Encouragement

Take a look at what you’re currently dealing with right now……….take a few moments to think about the situations you’re facing in your life.

Anything that’s causing frustration, anguish, discomfort, low self esteem, depression….etc. Whatever it is you’re currently dealing with, asses the situation right now.

Now, check this out. How much of that which you are dealing with is your fault? Stay with me.

My father used to tell me that if someone does something to you once, shame on them.

If they do the exact same thing again, shame on me! in other words the 2nd time around I allowed it to take place.

and watch this,

if you are facing situations that you currently faced and it caused discomfort, pain, etc. in your life and you invite it back in again, then there’s really no need for you to complain about the situation, because it’s your fault.

It’s about what you allow in your life. For example; if that significant other is abusive, but physically and verbally, (matter fact verbally is worse than physical), and you end the relationship due to that fact.

And they come back and do the very same thing again; it’s your fault for allowing them back in your life. Because they gave you a sign of what they will be like.

And of course people can change, but why keep subjecting yourself to keep getting hurt over and over again. Here’s another way to put it; why put your destiny in the hands of another person!
